An exciting introduction to musical theatre! A fun mix of singing, dancing, and acting, Poppins Crew cast members will participate in ensemble numbers with the principal cast of Mary Poppins JR.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE SCHEDULING, AUDITION, AND VOLUNTEER INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THIS PRODUCTION.

Costume Fittings:
Sign up for two costume fitting appointments, one on 10/5/24 and one on 11/16/24. A link to sign up for costume fitting appointments will be included in your registration confirmation email.

Poppins Crew Dress and tech week rehearsals:
All dress/tech rehearsals are mandatory. No conflicts will be accepted.
Poppins Crew will attend dress and tech rehearsals on Wednesday or Thursday, December 4th or 5th, based on their casting.

Each Poppins Crew cast member will each perform in four of eight performances over two weekends. Poppins Crew cast members will be assigned to the Kite Cast or the Umbrella Cast. Cast lists for Poppins Crew will be shared in the second week of rehearsals.

Performance weekends will be December 6-8 and 13-15.

Schedule Conflicts:

Poppins Crew members are required to attend their scheduled tech/dress rehearsals to be eligible to participate in performances. No conflicts for dress and tech rehearsals will be accepted.

Poppins Crew cast members must submit any conflicts they have with the rehearsal schedule. Cast members may have a limited number of excused rehearsal conflicts and still have a successful experience if those conflicts are submitted via the rehearsal conflict Google Form by 9/22..

Poppins Crew cast member rehearsal conflicts must be submitted to the stage manager by Sunday, September 22 via the rehearsal conflict Google Form. A link to the rehearsal conflict Google form will be included in your registration confirmation email.

Parent Volunteer Hours:

Poppins Crew families are required to volunteer at least 4 hours for this production or to buyout the required volunteer hours at $15 per hour. Volunteer opportunities include helping make costumes, set painting, set building, costume or prop shopping, providing supervision at dress rehearsals and performances, ushering, etc. Volunteer opportunities will be available for signup beginning in October.

Auditions:

Auditions will not be held for Poppins Crew. Enrollment is limited but ALL registered students will be cast in this production.
