UCYT is a great place for kids to spend the summer! Campers will enjoy structured activities based on a wide variety of fun and exciting themes each week. All camps include outdoor time at Sladden Park, which is a five minute walk from our building.
Sliding Scale Tuition Assistance and Payment Plans Available
UCYT has sliding scale tuition assistance available. APPLY FOR TUITION ASSISTANCE. UCYT offers payment plans for camp and summer stock tuition. Payment plans will be offered during the checkout process. Any tuition balance remaining for summer camps is due 2 WEEKS before the start of each camp session. Non-payment will result in withdrawal from the camp.
Camper Intake Survey
All camp families will receive a Camper Intake Survey by email where you can tell us about your camper, designate approved adults for pick-up, and list any allergies or medical conditions we should be aware of, etc. It is very important that we receive a response to the camper intake survey no later than two weeks before the first day of camp.
If your camper will be attending multiple camps this summer, they do NOT need to respond to the camper intake survey more than once unless you need to update approved adults for pick-ups, or a change in allergies/medical conditions.
Sign in/out:
Camper drop off and pick up will be in the UCYT parking lot. Adults dropping off campers will need to park and walk their campers to their designated camp check-in points daily.

Our parking lot gates will open at 8:45am for drop off. No supervision is provided before 8:45 am.
Pick Up and Sign-Out: Our parking lot gates will open at 2:45pm for pick up. Please contact our office at 541-688-8260 if there is an emergency and you are delayed picking up your camper.

Health and Safety for Summer Camps
Weather during summer camps can get hot and/or smokey! We are so grateful to have the option to spread out indoors in air conditioned comfort when the temperature is high or air quality is poor. We have commercial-grade air scrubbers in every furnace in our building. These air purifiers are installed in heating and air conditioning systems to kill mold, bacteria and viruses and allow for clean air to circulate instead. Thank you to the Oregon Community Foundation for funding this important project!
If we experience very hot weather during camps, we will flex our camp agendas on a day-to-day basis based on the daily temperatures. We will shift outside/park time to the mornings and stay inside during hot afternoons. When air quality is poor, we will move camps indoors and take advantage of the many spaces we have available to host campers.
During very hot weather it is more important than ever to SEND YOUR CAMPER WITH A REFILLABLE WATER BOTTLE. We can easily refill water bottles with cold water and will provide a disposable water bottle for any student who left theirs at home.
